Despite all the craziness surrounding the birth, we still found time to make Christmas cookies for Santa! I will say that even though these cookies are gluten free and dairy free, they were super delicious! We used the recipe found here, but we used Melt butter instead of Earth Balance. We then made our own frosting using Melt butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar. We also used natural food colorings (because we don’t do artificial colors in our house even at Christmas).
Noelle had fun decorating the first cookie and after that pretty much just wanted to eat them (and the frosting). Oh well!
